Old Town Coleman's "Ready to Ship"
Coleman Model 576
Peak 1 Compact Stove
Born in February 1977
Condition: Excellent
Please note the filler cap color. I was horrified when I saw it, so I immediately went upstairs and pulled down a old US 286 lantern to see if it had come from that era. Color was not the same. I don't know why this stove has a cap with a different shade of green, but I don't think it is from a modern lantern. I did find one on eBay with a green cap, most seemed to have nickel 1-piece units.
Stove is near mint. This is the first 576 I've seen so I had to pull it apart, but ended up having to anyway because it wouldn't shut down after the initial test. The Schrader valve was replaced but that is all. The gasket still felt pliable and the stove passed my 1-hour burn test with flying colors.
Just use caution--with all of these little stoves, you can burn yourself quick because they're small and hot. Box is in good condition, unfortunately the owners manual was lost.
Asking price is $100 plus shipping.
This item is boxed and ready to ship. It weighs 2.75lbs and measures 14"x9"x8". Use those measurements and a shipping zip code of 83858 at the USPS or UPS or FedEx website for an estimate. I use Pirate Ship to save on shipping costs and do not charge any shipping or handling fees.
First come, first served. No warranty, sold as-is.
